Solution:
To produce a COVID-19 concert compliant with CDC recommendations, combined with adding guest artist musical elements produced outside of the studio, and creating four sub-shows for release to a virtual audience, TBG provided comprehensive project management and video direction, along with multi-camera video capture, lighting, scenic, and post-production consulting in addition to securing 8 guest artists and 2 influencers.
Prior to the show, TBG designed the set, overlaying a distanced orchestra plot taking into consideration camera angles and elevations needed to effectively shoot for a broadcast performance. Using 3-D imaging, our Video Director was able to visualize the concept and develop a shot list for the concert. The new orchestra plot required an increase from the typical 40’x60’ stage to a 140’x90’ stage to accommodate the 60 piece orchestra.
