A proper go-to-market strategy is vital in the luxury jewelry market, and TBG developed this strategy for one of the industry’s oldest groups (Prestige Promenade – a collection of 60 brands) with a massive re-brand and modernization project. From a new name (now just “Prestige”) to a new color and font palette to entirely new exhibit properties, we worked with all of the members to re-imagine and re-design what it meant to be in the group and how they approached their market. The transformation continued at the industry’s largest trade show where we upgraded the entire Pavilion experience - developing a lounge concept with concierge service for premium customers, offering invitation-only chef-prepared luncheons within the pavilion, increasing visibility through select sponsorship activation, and incorporating an after-hours cocktail party with live entertainment. The result was an influx of new members in the following year, and an increase in all attendance metrics.
