Cathy Arevian, Owner and Managing Director
After a decade in the hotel industry followed by 4 years managing corporate events, Cathy took over as principal managing director of The Bridge Group (TBG) in 2000. Under her leadership, TBG has experienced 12 consecutive quarters of strong growth. Cathy brings a fierce commitment to delivering a perfect event to every client, every time. Cathy has expanded TBG’s client roster to include the federal government. Thanks to her attention to detail, superior production skills, TBG was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Department of Commerce during the company’s first year on the GSA Schedule.
Cathy’s passion for artisan food products and authentic food experiences has led to some of the most intricate and unique “food tour” maps ever. Lee Arevian, Founder and Managing Director
Using his extensive experience in the convention and trade show industries, Lee founded TBG (The Bridge Group) in 1995 to focus on serving the wants and needs of his clients. Under his leadership, TBG has grown consistently every year and has handled an ever increasingly diverse portfolio of projects. Along the way Lee has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner, and has helped lead the re-branding, marketing and sales efforts for several industry-leading trade shows (growing them into TSE Gold 100 events and TSE Fastest 50 events) as well as managed production and audio visual needs for numerous corporate and government projects.
Lee's belief in non-linear thinking and solutions also applies to his personal life, and his previous experiences include time spent as a Capitol Hill staffer, professional baseball player, fireman and running a catering company.
